1.  Because it was the example Jesus gave us.

2. To hear the voice of God better.

3. Do it to express worship to God.

4. Do it to grow in your faith.

5. Do it to seek salvation.

6. Do it to be physically and spiritually restored.

7. Do it to regain spiritual perspective.

8. Do it to seek the will of God.

9. Do it to control your tongue.

Challenge:  Find 3 times this week to find Silence and Solitude.
