• Jesus is the firstborn of all creation.

• Jesus did not become the iimage of God at the incarnation, but has been from all eternity.

Psalm 89:27

Colossians 1:19, 2:9

• If Jesus were created and we worshipped Him, we would be polytheistic, which doesn't make much sense as we are warned to have no other gods other than the God of heaven.
• Jesus has a position of superiority and preeminence.
• We are to walk humbly before God.

Micah 6:8

• Know the purpose of creation.
• All things have been created by Him, through Him, and for Him.
• In Him all things hold together.
